PRICING
At Zach Savage Custom Homes we offer several different services
and have a pricing structure for each category.
Custom Homes | New Construction: Fixed Price
Most often builders use what is referred to as the “cost plus” method. This is essentially a percentage, normally between 10% and 20%, added to the total cost of the home.
This is what the builder terms their “profit”. Often this method can lead to unexpected cost over-runs and can do damage to a tight budget
Remodels | Additions: Fixed Fee Pricing
While most remodel builders make it difficult for you to see what things cost, our philosophy is that it’s your money and you should always be able to see what you are paying for—it’s all about you!
Zach Savage - President
Zach Savage grew up on the beaches of Southeastern North Carolina where the fundamentals of fine craftsmanship were instilled in him at a young age by his father and grandfather. He attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he graduated with a degree from the Cameron School of Business. Shortly after graduation, Zach moved to Austin, Texas, to be with the love of his life, Liz.
After working successfully with two local multi-million dollar home builders, Zach started his own building company to apply his philosophy of delivering exceptional service, value, and craftsmanship to every home owner. He has been successfully building homes in Austin now for over 10 years.
